Remembering the Good Times...

When the Patriots won and Seahawks lost, what has happened to football? At any rate this weekend we had an all out football party marathon. My good friend Stacy came in from the District (since Drew isn't the best football watching partner), and local Harrisonburg friends joined us Saturday evening for a double header of football playoff games. Congrats to Seattle (poor Redskins), and what happened to the Patriots? Well I may be devistated, but hey, my man Tom Brady is still SI's Sportsman of the Year (ok ladies I don't care how you feel about football, have you seen Tom Brady?) Since the football world has been turned upside down with losses to the 2 best teams, Patriots and Colts (you know it's true), I have now set my sites on the Torino Winter Olympics...go USA! By the way on Sunday, 3 girls watched the football game, while my wonderful husband watched a movie upstairs, is there something wrong with this picture?

Happy 2006!

We enjoyed our time in Oregon, and miss everyone out there! Best wishes for the new year! Love Drew & Jess!

Cannon Beach

Then there was a Cannon Beach tour with my folks. Thankfully the weather broke just for us! The drive home included fording a lake and torential rains though.

Snowshoeing!

The day after Christmas the Reber clan set out on a new snowshoeing adventure! Turns out it's pretty fun, and you can't beat the scenery!

Christmas Eve Eve

Ok, ok after much harassing here are the Christmas pictures!
Before heading out to Oregon, Drew & I had our own Christmas (yes Christmas Eve Eve is an official term, Dec 23rd for the rest of you :)), and if you're wondering what the gigantic gift was, it was a wooden chest Drew got for me.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra

Hey, I know it's been a while (been visiting most of you in Oregon!) But this is what I did with a co-worker Dec. 22nd before Christmas. It was an awesome show, worth going to if you enjoy Trans-Siberian!
