For our anniversary Drew & I went to Asheville, NC for a little weekend trip. This is Chimney Rock Park, there's actually an elevator that goes through this granite so you can get to the top of the "chimney", and don't worry for you hikers out there there is also great hiking, we hiked a loop to a waterfall. And for the movie buffs this is where part of "The Last of the Mohicans" was filmed.

I can't believe you were in Asheville! We used to go there all the time when we lived in TN, it was the closest "normal" non southern feeling place we had to visit :)
